A mom-and-pop Des Moines manufacturer markets its products across the
United States. Jim and Linda Cox own Cox Custom Cases, a business that
makes and sells handmade wooden display cases.
The cases often house heirlooms, artifacts, collectibles, guns and
mounted animals.
The products range from small display cases that hang on a wall to
freestanding curio cabinets, octagonal display cases, lamp tables and
coffee table displays.
The 15-year-old business is privately owned and does not make its
annual sales figures public.
